Ingredients

Beef (or Chicken): chopped450 g / 1 lb

Onions, minced: 1 3/4 (350 g / 13 oz)

Carrot, chopped: 1/2 (100 g / 3.5 oz)

Potato, chopped: 1 (150 g / 5 oz)

Vegetable oil: 1 Tbsp

Water: 540 ml

S&B Golden Curry Mix 92g: 1 pack

Directions

Step 1

Sauté: Stir-fry meat and vegetables in oil over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Simmer: Add water, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer until tender (~15 min).

Step 3

Thicken: Turn off heat. Break S&B Golden Curry blocks into pieces, stir until fully melted. Simmer 5 more minutes, stirring constantly.

Step 4

Serve: Pour hot over rice or noodles.
