okonomiyaki flour: 30g

water: 40cc

pork: 30g

egg: 1

cabbage: 120g

green onion: 5g

Otafuku Okonomi Sauce: 40g

mayo

Directions

Step 1

Prep: Thinly slice cabbage and green onion. Cut pork into bite-size pieces.

Step 2

Batter: Mix flour and water in a bowl. Add egg, pork, and vegetables; stir to combine.

Step 3

Cook: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Pour batter into a 6-inch circle (~½ inch thick). Cook 5 minutes per side until golden brown.

Step 4

Serve: Transfer to a plate and drizzle generously with okonomiyaki sauce &/or mayo.
