Using this product, you can cook a European hot-pot dish easily. This is a block form stew mix made of wheat flours, spices, seasonings, oil and vegetable powder. Stir-fry meat and vegetables of your choice, add water and this mix in, stir as they dissolve and simmer.
Main Dish

Beef round (bite-size pieces): 250 g
Onion (bite-size pieces): 250 g
Carrot (bite-size pieces): 75 g
Potato (bite-size pieces): 100 g
Vegetable oil: 1 Tbsp
Water: 600 ml
S&B Tasty Brown Stew Mix: 160g 1/2 pack
Using this product, you can cook a European hot-pot dish easily. This is a block form stew mix made of wheat flours, spices, seasonings, oil and vegetable powder. Stir-fry meat and vegetables of your choice, add water and this mix in, stir as they dissolve and simmer.

Sauté: Stir-fry meat and vegetables in oil over medium heat for ~5 minutes.
Step 2
Simmer: Add water, bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat. Cover with lid slightly ajar and simmer until tender (~30 min).
Step 1
Thicken: Turn off heat. Break S&B Tasty Brown Stew Mix into pieces, stir until fully melted. Return to low heat and simmer 5 more minutes, stirring.
Step 1
Serve**: Enjoy hot with rice or bread.
*Tip: For 8 servings, double ingredients and use 1000 ml water.*
