thinly sliced pork: 250 g (8.8 oz.)
flour: 2 tsp
vegetable oil: 2 tsp
cut lettuce: 2 leaves
ginger: 2 knobs
grated garlic: 1/2 clove
Kikkoman Soy Sauce: 2 Tbsp
mirin: 2 Tbsp

Step 1
Prep: Peel ginger—julienne peeler one knob, grate the other. Mix sauce (A). Pat pork dry, lightly dust with flour.
Step 2
Cook: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Place pork flour-side down in a tight single layer (edges slightly overlapping to create steam for juiciness). Cook 2–3 minutes until browned, then flip.
Step 3
Glaze: Clear space in the center, add sauce (A), and increase heat slightly. Once boiling, stir to coat pork evenly. Cook 1–2 minutes until sauce reduces and pan bottom is visible.
Step 4
Serve: Plate over lettuce leaves. Garnish as desired.
